I purchased this knife as a gift for my uncle for Christmas. He isn’t a chef by trade but recently really got into cooking and has been taking some classes. This is a great knife that I know he’ll be so happy to receive. It came in a beautiful gift box so it is all ready to go for a gift! The knife came really sharp. It came with two guards as well. The knife is quite heavy and feels very high quality. The handle is nice and thick and feels good in your hand. Overall it's a really well made knife and I am very happy with it!
